Return Policy

Growpito believes that we have an industry changing product that can reduce the time, money and overall energy spent with your grow. Our commitment to this product is second to none which is why we want to make sure that you are equipped with the information and knowledge needed to have a successful grow beyond any of your expectations. Having said this we do recognize that you may not be able to proceed with your plans and that unopened product may need to be returned.

You may return your unused, like-new, Growpito product (Sim-Mix or Biological Beneficial's) intact and in a completely sealed condition in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date (or delivery date) with your receipt for a refund of the purchase price of that item (excluding any shipping costs). (Some assistance may be provided in order to assist you with a copy of your invoice if needed.) Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns of items that have been used. Our Sim-Mix will garner outstanding results given that you closely follow our instructions. You can contact our customer service department by emailing orders@growpito.com. Once the product has been received back, inspected and shown to be in good condition, we will refund you within 5-10 business days.

Missing or Damaged Items:
If something arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. If something is missing from your shipment, please let us know and we will respond as quickly as possible. Also, remember that many shipments come in multiple boxes and that boxes can get separated in transit.

Shipping Policy

Items generally ship within 3-4 business days from the time you place an order.  If your items are out of stock they will ship shortly after we receive them

     - We ship via UPS and can make arrangements to ship via LTL for larger and palletized orders.

     - Shipping is assessed using the same method employed by UPS, based on weight and zone. Please see our shipping calculator for an estimate of your freight charges.  Please remember that rates are constantly fluctuating so our estimate is just that and the cost could increase or decrees depending on the day or even hour.

     - We ship to all 50 states and select U.S. territories.
